License for ARM DS for Intel SoC FPGA not working

We purchased a Cyclone V Development kit that includes an ARM DS for Intel SoC FPGA license. When trying to activate the license, the code is not accepted.

Looking for a solution, we found a page that says ARM DS-5 is no longer supported. Is the code from the Dev kit for ARM DS-5 only?

How can we use the license from the kit for the new ARM DS for Intel SoC FPGA?

Thank you,

Tobias

Hello,

Good day

Welcome to INTEL forum. Upon checking with customer service team, Cyclone V Development kit no longer comes with ARM license, and activation code is no longer valid. Kindly refer to Dear Customer Letter attached for further information. file:///C:/Users/aabdrahi/Downloads/DCL_DS5_Notice_Customer_%20Sept%2010%202020%20(1).pdf

Customer may purchase ESW-DS-FIX separately to receive an Arm* Development Studio for Intel® SoC FPGA.
