Being currently confined because of the COVID-19, I need to make my students do practical work at home. So I asked them to install on their PC MAX + PLUS II and to request a license on https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download /licensing/lic-university.html but we have received no response and no license. How can I make sure my students can use MAX + PLUS II at home?

Thank you in advance

Hello

Thanks for the answer but as i said my students and i have already requested licences at this place at the middle of March without any answer. I opened a support ticket the 21st of march where they said to send a message to Intel_Central_Licensing@intel.com. I sent a message to this address the 23rd of march without any answer. So i open a new support ticket the 27th of april and they said to write a question in this forum. And now in this forum, it is said that i have to do what i did at the beginning without any answer ...

Best regards

Eric

Hi Sir

Apologize for the inconvenience and difficulty that you have. Based on my understanding, only professors can make a license requests, Intel University Program does provide free licenses to Professors/ Faculty Members of qualified Universities. If a student requires a license request for a specific IP, their professor need to submit this licenses request. but anyone can post questions on the forum.

You can apply the license again by going to https://software.intel.com/en-us/fpga-academic/teach. and fill up the License Request Form. But if you still wanted to know regarding your previous request or have any question regarding University Program, drop an Email to psg.university@intel.com

Our university team will help and answer your question.
