I have a perpetual modelsim-ae license that has expired so I need a new one. I also need to change the NIC ID. I keep getting re-directed to the partner alliance page when I try to go to the licensing page.

When I try to login, it asks me to verify a company that I haven't worked for for 10 years, there is no option to say I don't work for that company, only a verify button.

Hi
From my understanding and information, your application is currently in the process which will take up to 3-4 working days. After the process has been completed you will received a confirmation email, then you'll have no issue logging in to the website.
