Hi,
We have purchase a Nios 2 ip core from altera many years ago. (Permanent licence tied to a NIC number). I need to rehost it on another computer.
I still have the email and password for the altera account where there was a tool to rehost the licence. But for some reason, that email is no more recognise on the intel website. I contact intel support and they told me that this email have been deactivated because of inactivity for several months....
They ask me to contact you on that forum for help to retreive that licence.

Hi,
I do not see my licence in the self service licensing center.
How can I retreive my Altera account which is tied to the license I'm looking for? Or to migrate my licence to my new account at intel?
The license I'm looking for is: Nios II Soft Processor MegaCore, 1 Seat(s)
