hello 

I would like to purchase INTEL FPGA development tools.

I have questions, please contact me.

 

  1. Do I have to purchase the software tool license and the DDS(NCO) IP license separately? Or is it included in the software license?

 

  1. This is Korea. How can I purchase software licenses?

If possible, I would like to get license installation and other technical support.

yes, it should be included when u purchase the Quartus license. You can refer to here:
