"Quartus Prime Lite Edition" unable to download

Hi,

I am trying to download "Quartus Prime Lite Edition" but nothing appends.

When I go over the link I see "javascript:void(0)"

I tried with others navigators such as Firefox, Chrome or Edge without success.

How to solve that?
