Create new component DM9000a

Hi im trying to do tcp/ip packet sending project between FPGA and PC. I wanted to add DM9000a component but, it is unavailable in list. So i think i need to create a component. Im thinking of adding the DM9000a.v and DM9000a_IF.v from the DE2_NET demo from the cd-rom, unfortunatly it is more than that. There are pin assignments which im not sure how... 

 

Is my method correct and are there any suggestions on how i should proceed with this. Should i build my own or just edit from the existing?
