Silent install of Monitor Program

Hi, I've been looking for a bit for a method to silently install the University Monitor Program. I work for a University IT office and we install this and Quartus in labs. Quartus installs unattended fine, but The University Monitor program does not seem to have a working silent install method. Using the /S switch suppresses most of the setup dialogue, but still prompts for whether you want a desktop shortcut. 

 

We are required to use 13.0sp1 for the time being, but I would be interested if anyone has a method for any version.
