nCONFIG pin abnormal

Arria10 10AS016C4 used in my project, we use 10Kohm/0402 and 1Kohm/0402 respectively as pullup resister for nCONFIG in my board, nCONFIG pin goes to low, and resistor between nCONFIG and GND is 26ohm , and resistor is 60ohm between 1.8Vccio and GND when board is power off, then we remove all components connect with it, resistor is 26ohm too, could we do something else to recover it? What is the input current limit of this pin? what is normal output impedance range for 1.8V? How to confirm if this pin is fail or not? Thanks for your reply.
