19.0.8 under /bin/csh, undefined variable INTEL_TARGET_FUSA

When a user using /bin/bash uses our installation of the Intel compiler the above message is not displayed. However users of /bin/csh will trigger

INTEL_TARGET_FUSA: Undefined variable.

Searching the installation I can only find a reference to the above variable in the executables icc and ifort.

Can anyone suggest a suitable def. of the above or if it is needed?

I see there is no ref to this variable in 18.0.5 - so is it a coding error in the release?
