When the version of Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran & C ++ Linux is 2019 Update4, is the version of Intel® License Manager for FLEXlm still available at 2.5.1?
Or is it not available without updating to the latest version?

The license manager doesn't change as often as the compiler (it is a far simpler program.) It is also mostly supplied by another company, with customizations by Intel.
