I purchased a renwal but dropping IMSL. But the registration page says that I have no suitable products to renew. I can also see no way to select which of registered serial numbers to renew.
I am assured that it is a suitable renewal, has anybody been able to do this?

This is indeed possible but I think right now we have to do it manually. Let me check and I'll get back to you. But given that this is a holiday weekend, it may be the middle of next week before I hear.
