Does a current license for Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition Version 11.1 for Windows with IMSL* include an upgrade path to Intel Fortran Composer XE 2011 for Windows?

It will when Intel Fortran Composer XE 2011 with IMSL for Windows is available. This release is still in qualification.

We don't have a release date on it yet. When we do I expect we will post to the forum to let you know.
