Introducing Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2011 Eval Copy

We also have IMSL so can't see the Fortran Composer XE 2011 in the download list.
When I try to download evaluation all I get to choose from is v11.0

Where do I go for an eval copy of v12 ?

If you are using IMSL, I now recommend against trying it with the 12.0 compiler until we release the updated IMSL. If you want to do it anyway, the evaluation can be found here.
