Is Visual Fortran 10.0 still available for download?

I just purchased Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 11 since it's necessary for another 3rd party app to function correctly.

However, only version 10 will work and I was told that once the latest version is purchased, I'd have access to prior releases of Visual Fortran.

I haven't had any success locating v10.

Is it still available for download, if so, where's it located within the site?
