The company I work for is currently looking at purchasing some floating licenses for Intel Visual Fortran. I had a couple of quick questions about software support and what is included when purchasing floating licenses from Intel resellers.
1) A looked at a couple of resellers and they offer software support with the product. Can I renew the support wih Intel when it expires or do I need to go to a reseller for this?
2) Does the support include all updates to the Intel Visual Fortran product, including major and minor releases?
Thanks,
Rezan Almojuela

Rezan,
Thank you for your inquiry.
1) We don't provide a direct-from-Intel way to renew support for floating licenses, but you can contact intel.software.sales@intel.com and ask about this. You may be able to arrange something that way. Note that your initial purchase includes 12 months of support (sometimes, 24-month terms are available.)
2) Yes, the support includes all updates, including major and minor versions, that are released during the support term.
