KeyLocker support in SDE?

8.56.0 has CPUID leaf 7 subleaf 0 ECX bit 23 set for -tgl, yet there's no specification of leaf 19h at all. For software this means KeyLocker can't be used, but then the question is why CPUID.KL is set.

If it's intended to be supported with the current release, can you please clarify how one is supposed to use the insns in a legitimate way?

If it's not supported with the current release, can you indicate what the plans are?

Intel SDE release 8.56 didn't support key-locker.
A new release 8.59 is now available in the download page.
This version supports Key-Locker and AVX-VNNI instructions.
