Lookup table optimization - any resources?

In theory a lot of numerical algorithms can be enhanced via precalculated look-up tables. I would expect processor cache issues play a significant role.Does Intel provide any library or other support for lookup table optimization?

IPP library has supported LUT algorithm

maybe you can benefit them .

we use look-up tables inside of IPP where it makes sense. But we do not provide separate library for look-up tables optimization. What functionality do you expect in such library?
