Im trying to download older version of IPP and those dont seem to be available for me in registration center.

how can i buy just a license for IPP (dont need whole studio product) ?

(Click on renew just brings me to the list of licenses screen without ability to renew)

so i can download older versions (8.1,8.0,...)

You don't need to update your license.

If your license is for Intel Parallel Studio (IPS), you should find Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives for Linux*/Windows* under IPS. You can choose IPP version by clicking IPP link there.
