Unable to run bstrap_proxy error with intel-oneapi-mpi 2021.8

I'm getting the same error as follows:

The error you see is very generic saying there is something wrong when Intel MPI wants to start remote processes.
Have you worked through the required steps to ensure password-less connectivity between the nodes?
