Hi, it states that the NUC can draw a max of 10A and take 12-19VDC. Usually about how much current does it draw?

Hello IPC00,
We officially don't have this information documented, at least not in the way that you are asking for, energy consumption varies depending on correlation with the processor workload and this varies very much.
I would recommend that you check on third party websites such as this one: https://nucblog.net/2018/11/coffee-lake-i5-nuc-review-nuc8i5bek-nuc8i5beh/3/
I hope this helps,
Ronny G
