I use the monitor DELL U4919DW. But my NUC cannot output the resolution of 5120x1440.

NUC outputs the maximum resolution is 3840x1080.

How can I use 5120x1440 resolution?

Windows 10 intel display driver version is 26.20.100.7755, driver date is 2020/01/09.

And this driver makes flashes on my screen.

I use USB-C interface.

Thank you Al.

I have DELL XPS 13(9380) with i7-8565U.

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/149091/intel-core-i7-8565u-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-60-ghz.html

i7-8565U processor has the same resolution.

But it can output 5120x1440 resolution.

Following dell support page tells me Intel UHD Graphics chips can output 5120x1440 via USB-C interface.

I'm sorry I didn't explain it enough.

What I wanted to say was i7-8565U processor is outputting 5120x1440 resolution, so i7-10710u processor should be able to.

Because both processors have the same graphics specification and the above dell support page tells me Intel UHD Graphics chips can output that resolution.

Is the adapter you are plugging into the USB-C interface Thunderbolt 3-compliant?

Thank you Jchas2.

The latest driver(26.20.100.8141) brought me the maximum resolution.
