Nor would it; you are actually seeing a shutdown issue, not a LED issue (which is just a symptom). This is likely an issue related to the ACPI implementation within the BIOS, since this implements the platform's physical shutdown operation. @WannerG_Intel: This one likely has to go back to the BIOS Engineers for analysis - hopefully a way can be found to reproduce it consistently so that it can be root-caused.

Please try the following procedure to perform full shutdown from Windows:
Step 1: Open Start menu, select Power button.
Step 2: Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, and then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown.

Hi @STayl17
- Please set bios settings to default (at least for testing). While in bios, press F9 followed by "Y" and F10 confirmed by "Y".
- If you have installed LED Manager for Intel NUC, please uninstall it (just for test).

Hello STayl17,
Were you able to follow the recommendations provided?
If the issue persists, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.
- Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
