no, your memory is 2666mhz, while the nuc supports up to 2400mhz

2666 MHz memory should work OK on 2400 MHz system. So, you should be able to use it without problem. The opposite way may not work (i.e. 2400MHz   memory on 2666MHz bus).

So, your NUC will not use the full capability of your SODIMM, but will work.
