Hello everyone!
For the past few days, my computer (NUC11PAHi50000) has been having problems shutting down (and even sleeping mode).
After shutting down, it seems that the hard drive is off, but the led on the power button is still on, and the fan is still spinning
I can't turn the computer back on, have to hold the power button until it turns off completely, then turn it back on.
Did my device have a hardware problem? And should the product warranty?
