The monitor does not detect the NUC5PPYH signal

I bought a

- Intel NUC kit NUC5PPYH Intel Pentium N3700

in addition I have also purchased to install

- G.Skill Ripjaws SO-DIMM DDR3L 1600 PC3-12800 4GB CL9

- WD Blue 500GB 2.5 "5400RPM SATA3

I have installed everything but there is no signal, just turn on the power button, do not turn on the light next to the button. I have tried with different monitors, with HDMI and VGA cables and I do not get a signal either, not even the BIOS. I do not know if any of the newly purchased components are damaged or it is some mistake of mine in the assembly.

Try to remove the SO DIMM and reinstall it again. See this video how to do this. If after doing this, your NUC will still not boot and the power LED will blink 3 blinks On-off (1.0 second each) three times, then 2.5-second pause (off) - replace your memory.

Then the SODIMM is bad or not compatible.

FYI, this is a list of compatible SO DIMM, validated by INTEL for your NUC.
