We leave this message as a future warning for any other people, to be care about this product and prefer any other alternative, since so far, these boards are very unstable.
Besides being listed as a Compatible Memory, the Intel NUC 10 do not pass after the Three Blink Pattern, despite only plugging in the Memory in the slot, and plugging it to the mains with the provided adaptor.
A pure $1,000 piece of Garbage.

Yes Leon, I have tested it in another laptop, and works fine. It is on the NUC that it fails.

To complete this troubleshooting, I would recommend to check that this NUC is working with other RAM (from other NUC/laptop).

Hello Andrew,
We were able to test the DDR4 memory into another system, but we were unable to test another functional DDR4 memory into the NUC.
What we need, is a reliable and confident model for the given NUC, in order to purchase the proper memory, and test it again.
We proceeded with the indicated DDR4 memory since it was explicitly listed, but now, we would need some confirmation on which module to use.
For now, at this moment we are not recommending using NUC for system integrations, and preferring others developments, even being less powerful in spec, but more reliable in components compatibility.

Hi InnaEnea,
I am really sorry to hear about this issue and truly apologize for the inconvenience.
We do extensive testing and validation so that we can provide customers with a list of compatible devices, sometimes we also facilitate our systems so that the vendors can test and validate their hardware in combination with our NUCs.
If the NUC works with other memory Brand and/or Model (this will confirm the NUC10FNK and M471A4G43MB1-CTD are in good working condition but are not working together) please help me with the following:
- Attach a picture of the M471A4G43MB1-CTD memory module where I can read the DRAM part number (memory vendors may change the validated DRAM and keep using the same part number for the memory module).
- Confirm what other memory you are using in your NUC10FNK by providing us with the part number.
- If we know the NUC is in good working order as well as the M471A4G43MB1-CTD and you still haven't returned it to the seller, please give us a call and make reference to case #05100064, we will find an alternative for this memory module. Here is our contact us information https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html#@8

Ronny G
