In reference to this scenario, I just wanted to let you know that the web site was being updated earlier today and that was the reason why it was not working properly.
I just visit the page and I was able to access it with no problems, it is working fine now:

Utilizing a VPN with Tor can cause harm to your anonymity at times. Read https://whatismyip.network/vpn-vs-proxies-vs-tor/ for further info. There are many reasons of this issue. It has been said that numerous tunnel providers utilize shared IP addresses which means that many users share the similar external IP address. At the brighter side this is good since that is parallel to Tor, where mostly users’ share the identical Tor exit transmits. On the negative side this can in some situations direct to make you less safe. In a budget with a deep labor division, ones are having the service to host servers (VPS etc.). Others offer VPN and other tunnel-link services and lease these servers. It is basic, that varied customers operate the same IP address. This is another situation where a VPN or other tunnel-link and a Tor relays could be held by the similar operator, in the same network or even on the same IP and can be problematic for your anonymity.
I get the same, visiting https://softwareoffer.intel.com/MarvelsAdventures
The machine is brand new with Windows 10 home - and absolutely no other software installed.
I visit the site from Chrome, but have also tried Edge.
No support tab in the bottom
Please help,
Best regards,
Kaj

try using your cell phone as a hotspot instead of your regular internet connection. I had to download itunes to do this with my iphone but it did work
oh also the phone has 4g not wifi
and for the love of god don't forget to switch back to your regular connection as soon as you have your product key
