How i fix a messaage "Intel Optinem unable to load."

Everu time i trying to play a video or you tube, i get a message"Intel Optinem(tm) memory pinning unable to load DLL, IaStorATServiceApi,dll.: the specified module could no be found. How i can fix it.

1. This is caused by Windows 10 1903 update.
2. Open Optane software and disable Optane Acceleration.
3. Uninstall Optane Acceleration Software and reboot your computer.
4. Download and install the latest version of Optane software.
5. Enable Optane Acceleration again.
