My optane is not detected as [RAID/Optane Mode] it is just detected as Optane Mode

You need to provide information for support.

What operating system?

What hardware/system/motherboard?

What optane product?

Once you provide the information, the Intel support staff can help you. Remember, it is the weekend, so do not expect an answer immediately.
