Hello DMuth, Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory & Storage Support. As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® Optane™ Memory. If we infer correctly we will like to share the following recommendations and information: • As we understand your PC is a Lenovo* IdeaPad 330S-14IKB, we were reviewing the information available on your OEM (original equipment manufacturer) website and we were not able to identify your PC as Optane ready. • The SSU logs you shared does not show the Storage devices included in your system. • We advise you to open a ticket with Lenovo* in parallel to this case in order to get further assistance related to the BIOS update, information about the compatibility of the Optane memory and your system and to get recommendations on how to manage your BIOS settings. What is your device model number?

What is your processor model number?

What OS version and build?

What disks do you have?

What optane module do you have.
