problem with intel optane memory in asus x411un

Dear intel,

I used the asus x411un. After I instaled the module in motherboard, it doesn't detect in device manager. What's wrong ? I've follow the instruction very well

Hi Baysena,

 

 

After searching for the motherboard model you have, I noticed that you have an ASUS* laptop. The one that I found is the ASUS VivoBook 14 X411UN.

 

 

If you are indeed using this laptop or any other laptop, I recommend you to contact ASUS* directly to confirm if the laptop supports the Intel® Optane™ Memory.

 

 

There are details about this laptop in the following site , however there is no reference to the Intel® Optane™ Memory which probably means that the module is not supported: https://www.asus.com/Laptops/ASUS-VivoBook-14-X411UN/Features/ https://www.asus.com/Laptops/ASUS-VivoBook-14-X411UN/Features/
