The computer I'm using is down, and I can't access the data on the drive.
After numerous attempts, I can see the drive using the Intel application, but it's marked as "offline." However, Windows doesn't recognize it or shows it as incompatible, like a 2TB drive instead of the actual 32GB + 512GB.
Furthermore, the drive containing the data is BitLocker, and even though I have the recovery key, I can't access the drive or the data.
I tried recovering the data on a computer with a 10th-generation Intel processor. I saw some options in the motherboard BIOS, but these options indicate that the data on both drives will be erased.
Intel tells me these drives are no longer supported; no need to repeat that.
Basically, is there an option or program to read this data? The drive itself isn't defective; it's the management system that's faulty.

I don't want garanties or support from you!
I wanted help for YOUR product by people out of Intel Customer Support Technician, that's what I was advised when I contacted you.
but it's not possible, you're blocking that, Now it's clear for me, it is the first time that I see such an attitude, I will take all necessary measures and I no longer intend to recommend Intel to anyone who asks me about them in the future.
