There is no issue.
I would like to just confirme about the Notification when some problem happened on the SSD.

Thank you for your reply.
We see that you are using WD Red SA500 NAS SATA SSD 2.5”/7mm Cased - 500 GB which is not an Intel SSD.
As you have mentioned that Intel® Optane™ Memory and Storage Management application is installed, if if you are not using an Intel SSD or if it is not being used to manage RIAD volumes, you can uninstall this application.

If one of these storage broke, dose this software Notice the userthrough the Windows desktop?

If the application is able to detect the RAID and disks then it will show the drive failure as well. However, as you have confirmed that you are using this software to manage RAID 5 on your system and as you are not using an Intel Optane SSD, we would request you to reach out to your system manufacturer/OEM regarding this.
