535 series 120 gig is not recognized by toolbox

I just put a new intel 535 series sata drive in my asrock taichi S370 AMD AM4 motherboard.

I have version 3.4.6 of the toolbox. ssd optimizer is greyed out and it states the tool box cannot communicate with the ssd drive.

It suggest I change to another storage driver more compatible with my system.

I have the standard SATA AHCI controller and an ASMedia 106x SATA controller.

Windows 10 will also not optimize/trim the drive.

I have the latest chipset drivers for the MB.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get the intel tool box to optimize the drive?

It turns out I had the two media controllers. I uninstalled the ASMEdia controller and it fixed the problem.
