DE2-115 media computer verilog top level entity to VHDL

For my project I'm using a DE2-115 board with the media computer. I want to edit the given verilog top-level entity from the university programs but I have no experience with Verilog, but I do have experience with VHDL. Now my question is: is there a way to convert the verilog file to VHDL, or has someone already done it?

In the university programs there is no VHDL version, only a verilog version.

This is the verilog code:

module DE2_115_Media_Computer ( // Inputs CLOCK_50, CLOCK2_50, CLOCK3_50, TD_CLK27, KEY, SW, // Communication UART_RXD, // Audio AUD_ADCDAT, // IrDA IRDA_RXD, // Video In TD_DATA, TD_HS, TD_VS, // USB OTG_INT, /*****************************************************************************/ // Bidirectionals GPIO, // Memory (SRAM) SRAM_DQ, // Memory (SDRAM) DRAM_DQ, // PS2 Port PS2_KBCLK, PS2_KBDAT, PS2_MSCLK, PS2_MSDAT, // Audio AUD_BCLK, AUD_ADCLRCK, AUD_DACLRCK, // Char LCD 16x2 LCD_DATA, // AV Config I2C_SDAT, // SD Card SD_CMD, SD_DAT, // Flash FL_DQ, //USB OTG_DATA, /*****************************************************************************/ // Outputs // Simple LEDG, LEDR, HEX0, HEX1, HEX2, HEX3, HEX4, HEX5, HEX6, HEX7, // Memory (SRAM) SRAM_ADDR, SRAM_CE_N, SRAM_WE_N, SRAM_OE_N, SRAM_UB_N, SRAM_LB_N, // Communication UART_TXD, // Memory (SDRAM) DRAM_ADDR, DRAM_BA, DRAM_CAS_N, DRAM_RAS_N, DRAM_CLK, DRAM_CKE, DRAM_CS_N, DRAM_WE_N, DRAM_DQM, // Audio AUD_XCK, AUD_DACDAT, // VGA VGA_CLK, VGA_HS, VGA_VS, VGA_BLANK_N, VGA_SYNC_N, VGA_R, VGA_G, VGA_B, // Char LCD 16x2 LCD_ON, LCD_BLON, LCD_EN, LCD_RS, LCD_RW, // AV Config I2C_SCLK, // SD Card SD_CLK, // Flash FL_ADDR, FL_CE_N, FL_OE_N, FL_RESET_N, FL_WE_N, // Video In TD_RESET_N, // USB OTG_ADDR, OTG_CS_N, OTG_OE_N, OTG_RST_N, OTG_WE_N, ); That top level is little more than a port map. Plus Quartus supports mixed language. So why bother re-writing it to VHDL?

As I said, I want to edit the given verilog. I could add a VHDL file that has a DE2_115_Media_Computer component but i'd rather not retype all those inputs and outputs to VHDL since that would take a long time. I was just wondering if someone else has already converted this or if there is an automated way to convert verilog to VHDL. If someone has a DE2_115_Media_Computer component with a port map and an entity that'd be great too.

If you dont find it - then maybe its a good time to learn verilog. If you already know VHDL then Verilog is pretty easy to understand and write.

For people who may have the same issue, I've added a port map from the verilog file to my VHDL file.
