Error Downloading Quartus

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
This is what I get from all browsers when I try to download Quartus. I have cleared cookies and all that jazz. An old post answer said that the download server was down on Intel's end. Please help

I have no issue to download Quartus Pro 21.4. Could you try again ?

Here's are some troubleshooting steps that you may try.  

1. Try using Chrome incognito mode. If it works, disable the extensions temporarily (you could use chrome://extensions/ on the Chrome address bar) and re-enable them one at a time to determine which extension is misbehaving.
2. Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en
3. Reset Chrome settings to default.

4. Switch browsers or computer.
5. If the issue persists then there might be an issue with either your company's Internet connection or settings. You may need to consult your company IT.
6. Reset/using other internet network.
7. Disable ads-blocker
