Floating License Setup not working.

I have purchased a floating license from intel. I successfully added it to Quartus Prime and the NIC is matching. I followed the guide provided by intel and remove the SERVER lines in the .dat file. However I get the following error message when I try to compile my design:

Suspected this error occurs because the FlexLM library has been upgraded to v11.16.1.0. Could you help check on this? Kindly upgrade the license daemon software on your license server/client PC to the newer version. The new daemon software can be downloaded from the website. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/licensing/daemons.html
