Hi, I am running into an issue trying to use the Quartus license on the Quartus software. I am running Quartus Prime Standard Edition 18.1 and whenever I open the application, a licensing error message pops up saying that the license doesn't contain the information required to run the software. Each time I try to run the software I try to use the license I downloaded from the Self Service Licensing Center and when the software opens I am prompted to download the device drivers. Every time I run into these issues and I do not know what to do to get the license to work. The software still prompts me to install the device drivers even though they were already installed the first time the prompt came up. Please let me know what I need to do to get the software working with the license. I have attached a word doc with a couple screenshots illustrating my issue.

Double check that your license matches one of the MAC IDs for a network interface on your computer. If it doesn't match, the license won't work.

Thanks,
How do I go about getting my MAC address? And once I get my MAC address how do I get a new license for the MAC address?

The MAC addresses (NIC IDs) are listed right there in the screenshot you posted, or with ipconfig in a command prompt.
The self-service licensing center should have options for regenerating the license file for the correct MAC address, if that's what's necessary.
