Can you share some image of you problem?

Steps:

In the Quartus II software, select File > New Project Wizard. The Introduction page opens.
Click Next
Enter a directory in which you will store your Quartus II project files for this design
What is the name of this project? Enter project name
What is the name of the top-level design entity for this project? Enter top level file name.
Click Next
Select device
click Next
Select modelsim Alter in simulation tool
Click finish.
