How to install/enable support for Agilex F-series Dev Kit in Quartus Pro

I am working with Agilex F-series FPGA Dev Kit. When I create a new project, I don't see an option to pick the Agilex F-Series Dev Kit board. I have installed the Agilex device support and can see that Agilex device family is installed. But I guess the dev-kit boards are not part of the Agilex device support file. However I am also unable to find any separate file for board support either. How do I enable support for the dev-kits in Quartus Pro. I am using Quartus Pro 21.1?

OK. Trying to install the template by opening par file from new project wizard, does not work. However simply double clicking the par file opens itself in quartus and successfully installs the template.

I tried to install the following template but the installation does not happen successfully.

https://fpgacloud.intel.com/devstore/platform/20.1.0/Pro/intel-agilex-p-tile-cvp-example-design-for-initialization-mode/

The template mentions that it is created using 20.1. So I downloaded and installed Quartus 20.1. But the trying to install the template using the par file I still get error saying "Design template installation failed".
