Internal error with new project wizard

Hi All, 

 I'm getting an internal error with Quartus 11.0sp1 when trying to run the new projects wizard. Also I can't load existing project file, Quartus bombs out. Any ideas?  Thanks, Mark.  Edit: This error only happens with the 64bit version, the 32bit version seems OK.  Edit again: This happened the first time I ran Quartus 64bit. I then ran Quartus 32bit and all was fine.
