All the libraries file required for the Arria 10 device is available in the Quartus installation directory e.g. C:\intelFPGA\20.1.1\quartus\eda\sim_lib.
As I already mentioned in one of your previous post, would like to post it here again for those who might look into it.
In Quartus Standard, you can use the Nativelink feature to help you prepare the necessary library files for your simulation. Do take note that this feature is only available in Quartus Standard and Lite, Not in Pro version.
