1) Go to “Sign up for Evaluation or No-Cost licenses”
2) Select Questa*-Intel® FPGA Starter Edition (SW-QUESTA)
3) # of Seats is always 1
4) Check the T&C box

The license will be sent to email that you register with
For more Refer the steps here, Guide to generate license file.
Thank you,
Unfortunately, my current computer (license server) is not listed as it does in this link. https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/?language=en_US
I tried to edit but won’t let me.
Any advice?
Hello. Yes, I received your message, and the computer is now listed.
I was able to s=download the license and worked with it.
Couldn't make it work with float license.
Engineering was able to generate a fix license to run with Quartus v17.0 but won't work with v23 (fix or float).
We need to continue troubleshooting.
Hello.
Questa floating license still doesn't work.
I added copy/paste the feature from (LR-153129_Questasim_License.txt) to the license file (LR-152814_License.txt) as suggested but not good results.
Although Engineer was able to fix it as local license.
refer to attachments.
We still need to fix this issue.
I submitted our current license, and you can see at the end the Questa portion.
Any suggestion?
