I am trying to start working with Altera OpenCL. Based on what I have read, to start compiling OpenCL projects it is required to have two licenses:

1. Quartus License (Because my board is DE5 - Net)

2. Altera OpenCL SDK license

I was wondering if someone could let me know if I am wrong.

In altera sdk for opencl getting started guide, in the section licensing the software it reports : "Obtain the AOCL license from the Altera Self Service Licensing Center. The AOCL license allows the software to access relevant Quartus II software functionalities and device support without an additional Quartus II software license."

Doese someone know exactly if it is possible program in OpenCL using just the AOCL license?

Hi there I am a student and I have some question about the SDK license for OpenCL:

1. Do you know if theres a special price license for academic use?

2. Is it possible that the license can be use for 2 people?

3. Is it possible that the license can be use in two computers (1 desktop, 1 laptop)?

4. How long is the license?

Also I found this link about the purchase of the license, it cost 200 dlls.

Thanks a lot in advance and I will waiting for your response.
