MAX10 output pin assignments crash fitter: 3.3V LVCMOS and OCT enabled

Is OCT not possible with 3.3V LVCMOS MAX10 outputs? When I try it the Fitter in Quartus Lite 18.1.0 gets an exception with no error text. Wants to send a report to Intel/Altera.

Hi ,

I am requesting to follow guidelines in the IO user guide of Max 10 .The table no:13 page no:23 provides you the information.

Because there are difference use cases of OCT for example calibrated or uncalibrated . So try to find the use case and match with the document is the guidelines are meeting.
