Hi,
May I know which dev kit board are you using? After that, only then can I search for the board's User Manual that includes the pin assignments you're looking for.
For example, if you're using DE0-Nano Board which contains a Cyclone IV E FPGA, you may refer to pin assignments as stated in the user manual: https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/2283623.pdf
You may check out the forum below to learn more about the board pin assignment: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Quartus-Prime-Software/DE-series-board-pin-assignment-for-Cyclone-10/m-p/649368
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Ven Ting

What board? Are you talking about a dev kit? You can usually download example designs with these assignments created for specific dev kits. Otherwise, you'll need to use the Pin Planner to manually set the correct I/O locations and other related assignments.
