My DE2 board problem... plz help me

hello 

my DE2 board cannot connect with de2 control panel. this software said that "make sure to connect DE2 board with USB cable" 

i also connect with USB cable and also connect USB blaster. 

i cannot  

why?

You probably haven't installed the drivers for the USB blaster. See the getting started guide for more info.

i already installed it and i can use quartus software. but i cannot use DE2 control panel software

I have similar issues, and use Quartus to load thr sof file to the board, then I am able to connect.
