New Qsys project

Hello 

Iam on Quartus 24.1 and first time iam trying to create a new Qsys project , but I get the following window that require from me to open an existing one ... but i have no existing one since i need to create a new one.. 

Any idea  ?

Click the new system button on the right (file icon with little green dot).
