PowerPlay Early Power Estimator and Arria V

Hi,

I'm using PowerPlay Early Power Estimator to evaluate the current requirements of a Arria V design. However, I'm wondering if there's a bug in the tool as ICCIO is evaluated to 1.84A with no logic or IOs defined at all. ICCPD is evaluated at 1.030A.

Settings are:

Family: Arria V

Device: 5AGXMB3G

Package: F31

Powerplay version: 11.1 SP2 B6

Has anyone else noticed this?

Ah.. yes, good point.

Still wondering why it's so much higher than for an Arria II devices though (ICCPD = 300mA, ICCIO = 5mA for a 2AGX190F device).
